Concerning Morning

In the morning light
there's something going on outside
my window that concerns me:
an elderly gentleman in an oversized
powder blue suit from the 1990's
with big shoulder pads,
zoot pants & a huge blood stain
across the middle of his back -
oblivious and humming.
