Purple Flowers
Last night I watched
an award winning movie
just to be able to say "I saw it"
someday at a party someone
will ask me "did you see it?"
and I won't be able to remember
whether I saw the movie or not
but I did once see you standing
in a field of purple flowers
making wavy things happen
